A · SETUP

For Products: after payment you receive a license key and download link; activate by pasting the key once. For POS: we install it for you and train your staff. Dhaka & Chittagong on-site, the rest of the country by remote screen-share.

B · PAYMENT & CANCEL

We take bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, cash on activation, and cards. POS subscriptions are monthly, you can cancel from inside the app at any time, no annual contract.

C · REFUNDS

Products: 14 days, no questions. POS: pro-rated refund of the unused part of the current month, plus full refund of the setup fee if cancelled within 7 days of going live. Services: per-contract, written into the scope.

D · DATA & PRIVACY

Product data lives on your device; we can't see it. POS data syncs to our cloud, encrypted, regularly backed up, you can export it to Excel any time. Services data lives on your own infra.

E · LOST DEVICE / RESET

Every product license activates on 2 devices, and you can deactivate any of them from your dashboard. Lost both? Email us and we'll reset once, on the same license, no extra charge.
