Steel Factory Dispatch System
A 7-tab Excel file ran dispatch for a steel rod factory. Orders, loading sequences, and truck assignments were all manually updated by one person in the office — causing delays whenever she was not at her desk.
What we built
A tablet app for the loading floor. Dispatch enters the order, workers confirm loading step by step. Managers see real-time status from any device.
Result
Dispatch time cut by more than half. No more lost paper orders. Works offline in poor-signal areas of the factory floor.

Kitchen Display System for a restaurant chain
Four restaurant outlets share one central kitchen. Orders from each outlet were being phoned in by staff, leading to missed items, wrong priorities, and constant arguments between the kitchen and floor teams.
What we built
A web app that connects all four outlets to one kitchen screen. Orders appear instantly, with priority logic, in Bangla and English. Integrated with their existing POS system.
Result
Wrong orders dropped to near zero in the first week. Kitchen backlog reduced. Staff can focus on cooking instead of answering phones.

Clinic appointment booking app
A family clinic in Mirpur was managing appointments through phone calls and a paper register. Double-bookings were common, patients called multiple times to confirm, and the receptionist had no way to see which doctor had space.
What we built
A Bangla-first mobile app for patients to book, and a doctor schedule screen for reception. Automated SMS reminders sent 24 hours and 2 hours before appointments.
Result
No-show rate dropped by 40%. Receptionist time on phone calls cut significantly. Patients book themselves without calling.

Delivery route tracker
A Dhaka logistics company dispatched 20 to 30 delivery riders daily. Dispatchers had no visibility — riders called in updates, customers called asking where their package was, and disputes over delivery attempts had no proof.
What we built
A phone app for riders that reports their location as they move. A dispatcher map view with all riders live. Automatic SMS to the customer when the rider is 10 minutes away.
Result
Customer complaints dropped immediately. Dispatch can reassign riders on the fly. Delivery proof is timestamped and stored.

A Bashundhara brokerage with 18 agents was running on WhatsApp groups and shared spreadsheets. Leads fell through the cracks, agents did not know which properties were under offer, and commission calculations were done manually each month.

A Gazipur garments factory had QC inspectors filling out paper defect sheets at the end of each line. Sheets were collected, counted by hand, and entered into Excel by a supervisor. By the time management saw the numbers, the shift was over.

A tablet app where inspectors tap defect types at the line. Numbers accumulate in real time. Management sees live QC data on any device. End-of-shift report generated automatically.
Result
Management can intervene mid-shift when defect rates spike — not the next morning. Paper eliminated entirely. Supervisor time on data entry freed up.

Bangla customer-support auto-reply
A fashion brand receiving 1,200 Facebook inbox messages per day had one person managing the inbox. Response times stretched to hours, orders were missed, and staff burned out managing repetitive questions about sizes, delivery, and returns.
What we built
An AI trained on the brand's product range, size guide, delivery policy, and FAQ. It reads incoming Bangla messages, drafts a reply, and sends it. Ambiguous or complaint messages go to a human queue immediately.
Result
80% of messages now handled automatically. Response time dropped from hours to seconds. Human staff handle the 20% that actually needs a person.

Direct-to-consumer storefront for a sari brand
A sari brand with a strong Facebook following had no website. All sales were through Facebook inbox — manually handled, with no cart, no confirmation, and no way for customers to see available stock or place orders at night.
What we built
A custom storefront with product listing, cart, bKash checkout, and Steadfast courier integration. Orders go directly to a simple admin panel. No third-party marketplace fees.
Result
Revenue tripled in 6 months. The owner now sleeps and wakes up to completed orders. Night-time orders that were previously missed now come in automatically.
